How to track my package?

The tracking information is usually updated within 2-5 working days after the shipment.You can check the tracking information on the logistics page. Here are the operation instructions:

  2. Find the order and click “Tracking info”.
  3. If you want to see complete logistics information,please click “Order Details”.
  4. If you want to know more details, please click “View detail”.

Why is my parcel at the local post office?

The package will return to your local post office or other pick-up point in the following situations:

-You are not at home when the carrier attempts to deliver it.

-The package is too big for your mailbox(a notice will usually be left on your door or in your mailbox).

-The address you provided is not detailed enough to deliver to your house.


In these situations,you need to pick up the package by yourself.

Usually, the carriers will contact you to pick up the package by phone or text message.

You can pick up the package at the pick-up point according to the tracking information.

We will also send an email/text message to inform you that you should pick up the package.
